Social Relationship Good relationships at work and other social situations require respect and support from either side. These relationships form in an environment where speaking your mind is nurtured and where there are active listeners, who showcase genuine care and loyalty. To build healthy social ties, we need to start with setting healthy boundaries for ourselves, taking the much-needed time for self-care even with the pressures of work, and finding a relationship to confide in by being able to share our joys and woes without being judged is essential.
